  1/ I want to become a customer
 


Please contact your BdE agent right away, and get there to create your card and make your first transfer.

 
 

  2/ Can I transfer in the early morning or late at night?
 


From early 2008 on, BdE will provide its customers with automatic deposit machines in its agents, accessible from 7am to 10pm

 
 

  3/ I live outside of Paris and would like to transfer money with BdE
 


Once you have your BdE card

 
 

  4/ I lost my BdE card
 


Contact immediately your BdE agent, and a new card will be created for you.

 
 

  5/ Did my transfer reach the beneficiary ?
 


BdE and its partners are doing their best to give their customers a fast and secure transfer service.
If you want to make sure that the transfer proceeded smoothly, call your BdE agent and provide him with your transaction number.

 
 

  6/ Important information concerning Money Express transfers
 


IMPORTANT INFORMATION : IMPERATIVELY TELL YOUR BENEFICIARY

- Tell your beneficiary that you transfer via MONEY EXPRESS and that he has to go to a MONEY EXPRESS

- Tell your beneficiary the exact transfer code, with all the 14 characters (3 letters + 11 numbers) otherwise your beneficiary may encounter problems to collect his money.

Be careful, don’t forget any character !
